Happy 11th Anniversary to us

It was our 11th Anniversary on Saturday and we celebrated at The Hayday Restaurant in Wellington. Bask Cuisine, great hospitality and enough food for a week. We are still eating it from our doggy boxes and it's Tuesday. Good stuff! See i have a new do and a hair straightener. RClick on pic to enlarge.

Back to the Bedroom with color!

 Ok, I've scrubbed it three times and prepared it for painting. Here I've done the cutting in.

 Bright and cheery yellow after grey dirty soot. I like it! Finishing touches yet. This is one of the things we do between our numerous coffee breaks.

The wind really comes down that Mountain! I'll knock ya sock off!

Just when we thought we HAD our lifetime of wind from living in Wyoming! I'll let you guess!

Great payment for artwork

 From the land of the heat to the land of the cold! 

Today I received a gift from down under. The parcel contained the following special goodies : a SA Endurance Riders Rugby shirt and ball cap, a large jar of Vegemite, a packet of Tim Tams, a big bag of yummy Fruchocs, some Aussie stickers, an Aussie flag bandana, 2  SAERA beer cossies and a lovely card! This is my payment for doing four award caricatures for the South Australian Endurance riders 2013 end of year awards for all their divisions.Thank you Melissa Bright who organised this. What a lovely surprise!
